We want to start a raw food diet for our french bulldog boston terrier but we don’t know where to start?

We are feeding him royal canine brand of food and we have heard good things about the raw food diet, but we have NO idea where to start?
What can you feed them? Does it have to specially prepared for dogs?
Can you feed kibble for one meal and raw meat for the next like breakfast & dinner?
Our dog is almost 8months old, is this a safe age to start raw meat or does he have to be older?
basically any info you can give us will help!
THANKS!

Can I get health food at a regular grocery store for less than at a health food store? where?

I am a total health nut, but being a health nut, means that I want the best quality I can get that doesn’t have all those dyes, high fructose corn syrup, growth hormones, etc… But the problem is, is that health food stores can go way out of bugget for me. Where are some cheaper places for me to get good, healthy food for less?

How do you start a raw food diet?

My husband and I are both obese and need to lose 80-100 pounds each. A friend recommended a raw food diet, where you eat as much as you want without having to cook. Does anyone know where I can get info on how to begin, any supplements/vitamins that would be necessary (or how to get everything our bodies need from this type of eating), without me having to order a book?

What everyday foods are good for pregnancy heartburn?

Well folks, I am hitting that third trimester, and the baby is high enough and pushing everything up enough to give me good old heartburn at night.
I just wanted to see what natural suggestions people had for getting rid of the heartburn. This is my second time around and I don’t remember what all I did with my first, besides Tums.

I’m looking for more along the lines of what I should put in dinner to help.
